Free Bus — fortunately, for those visitors who only plan to use public transportation within the city center, Manchester now offers a free bus (formerly the Manchester Metroshuttle) that provides a free “hop on, hop off” service linking all of the main rail stations, shopping districts and business areas. Free Wi-Fi is also available on these buses. This bus runs every ten minutes Monday to Saturday (during the day), and every 15 minutes after 6.30pm.
