TRANVÍA
TRAM – aside from buses, this is Manchester’s more popular mode of public transportation (given the size of the city). Here is the Manchester tram map:

For first-time visitors to Manchester, they can use the ticket machines located at each tram stop to purchase a ticket. One can also purchase System One Travelcards from PayPoint outlets or from TfGM Travelshops to board a tram. Tram fares are as follows (regardless of distance traveled):
Single fare: £1.40 (adult), 70p (child)
